Choosing childcare is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make. At The Willows, we take that trust seriously.

We care for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers in a beautiful period building, with dedicated rooms for each stage of childhood, a team that takes real pride in what they do, and a garden the children have helped make their own.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, giving every child the foundations they need, not just for school, but for life.

Spaces designed for every stage

The Baby Room

Calm, nurturing and full of natural light. Cots, a comfortable feeding area, and gentle sensory resources chosen to soothe and stimulate. Every baby follows their own routine, nappies, wipes and formula milk are available if required – families are also welcome to bring their own.

Toddler & Pre-School

Busy, warm and full of possibilities. Role play kitchens, water trays, wicker baskets of natural materials, mark-making stations and reading corners. Children lead the play, practitioners follow their curiosity.

Our Garden

Fresh air, every day. Our outdoor spaces are designed for children — sensory play, colour-labelled plants, chalkboards, loose parts and room to simply run. Whatever the season, outdoor play is a daily part of life.
